Grant requests are subjected to a review process which entails rigorous peer review, involving expert advisors when necessary. The Foundation has established three Grant Review Committees that assist with: evaluating project and network submissions; recommend grants to the Foundation’s Board of Trustees; and provide policy advice. Eligible recipients and projects, and selection criteria are specified in the Agreement under which the Foundation operates.
